I am Pema Wangchuk, a Bachelor of Business Administration graduate and civil servant with a passion for technology. While working in finance and administration, I discovered programming as a way to improve systems and solve real-world problems.

My journey into coding comes from a drive to bridge finance and technology—turning data and workflows into practical, efficient tools. Though self-taught, I’ve built applications and strengthened my technical skills to complement my role in public service.

Today, I continue to grow as a developer, focusing on creating solutions that make processes smarter, faster, and more reliable.
